Congratulations again to our alumnus Caleb for being cast in Muriel’s Wedding The Musical. The musical will play a strictly limited season in Melbourne at Her Majesty’s Theatre from March 2019 before returning to Sydney in July 2019 playing at the Sydney Lyric Theatre. Keep kicking goals Caleb!

Congratulations to another amazingly talented alumna Michaela Powell for being cast in School Of Rock as well as being designated as Assistant Dance Captain! So well deserved!

Congratulations to our alumna KYLA BARTHOLOMEUSZ for being cast in Green Day’s explosive musical AMERICAN IDIOT which will tour Australia in 2018, stopping in Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. She has also been appointed dance captain. Amazing work!

Our Artistic Director Jordan Punsalang will be choreographing this sexy musical for Theatre Of The Damned next year. Geelong will definitely be in for a treat!

CONGRATULATIONS to our alumnus Jonathon Lawrence on his first professional show ‘MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING’ with the Melbourne Shakespeare Company . Show dates are from 2-17 December at The Rose Garden, St. Kilda Botanical Gardens. Well done!

Congratulations to our alumnus Caleb Vines for successfully getting a part in the upcoming production of WIZARD OF OZ which will open in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne.

Being true to our commitment in providing the very best the industry can offer, the phenomenal Chelsea Gibb (Cabaret, CYrens, Chicago, King & I) will now be taking a mentorship program every Saturday in the studio starting Term 3.  

Our fabulous student Adam is one of 4 boys performing the role of Fletcher in the Melbourne season of The BODYGUARD the Musical at the Regent Theatre from the 24th of August. Well done! We know you will be absolutely brilliant!  Bookings via Ticketmaster.

Our Artistic Director Jordan really enjoyed helping out Amanda Harrison, Chelsea Renton Gibb, and Melissa Langton getting their dance on for their show ‘CYRENS – The Swingin Songbook Of Cy Coleman’. Go see this amazing show from 27th June – 1st July at Chapel Off Chapel, Melbourne.

Congratulations to our alumnus Lyndon Watts who will be joining the cast of ALADDIN at the Majesty’s Theatre starting September. Lyndon’s recent professional works are Sweet Charity, Anything Goes, and Singing In The Rain.

Congratulations to Parallax students Adam and Page who will be performing in PRINCE SIDDHARTHA The Musical at the Athanaeum Theatre on the 8th of June 2017.  Adam will play the role of the young Prince Siddhartha.

Huge congratulations to Parallax alumna, Jazz Miller, who will head off to South Korea in May to play the role of Electra/onstage swing in the international cast of CATS, the musical.

Massive congratulations to one of our youngest students, Page, for getting a part in the world premiere of Bonnie Lythgoe’s production, THE ADVENTURES OF PETER PAN AND TINKERBELL: RETURN TO PANTOLAND (Melbourne season), which will run at the Comedy Theatre – Melbourne in July 2017.

Fresh from his Matilda performances last year (Melbourne and Brisbane seasons), our very own Adam Punsalang will be part of Opera Australia’s Melbourne Season of CARMEN. Our alumnus Mason Kelly is performing with Dancenorth along with Lucy Guerin Inc. at the Arts Centre Melbourne from the 22nd to 25th of February in the show called Attractor.

Altar Boyz Our Director Jordan will be in charge of choreography for Theatre of the Damned’ show Altar Boyz. It will Premiere in the Shenton Theatre, Geelong from the 21st to the 29th of July 2017. It is going to be a fun and spectacular show no doubt.

Chelsea Gibb Our dear Chelsea Gibb one of our Musical Theatre teachers at Parallax last year is playing the coveted role of Sally Bowles at the Hayes Theatre in Sydney at the moment. We cannot wait for its season at the Athenaeum Theatre in Melbourne.

Massive Year! All classes have already started at Parallax, but enrolment is still ongoing. It’s going to be a massive year with multiple productions lined-up. Watch out for this page for dates and other stuff.
